Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 14 to 21 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can be longer during peak seasons, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Your total wait is processing time plus delivery time.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. Tracking information can take a few days to become active after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you complete payment.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility as the recipient. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at nrcamp7@proton.me with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
