Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items that have been assembled, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at nrcamp7@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photographs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will respond with return instructions and a return address.
Do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund at your choice.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further few days for the funds to appear.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
